These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dink Date mobile application and related services (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Dink Date. By using the App, you confirm you are legally able to enter agreements and are not prohibited from using online social or dating platforms.

 

2. Account Registration & Security

You agree to:

- Provide accurate and truthful information

- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

- Use the App only for lawful purposes

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

 

3. Community Rules

You agree not to:

- Harass, threaten, or harm others

- Post sexual, violent, or discriminatory content

- Impersonate others or create fake profiles

- Engage in spamming or commercial solicitation

- Attempt to scrape, copy, or misuse data

- Upload unlawful or copyrighted content without rights

 

Violation may result in account termination.

 

4. AI Processing

The app may use AI to suggest matches and enhance user experience. AI does not replace human judgment. You are responsible for your interactions and decisions.

 

5. Safety

Dink Date does not perform criminal background checks. You are responsible for personal safety when interacting online or meeting in person.

 

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display and use it within the App for safety, moderation, and functionality.

 

We may remove content that violates policies.

 

7. Location Data

With permission, the App may use location information to help match players and display nearby users. You may disable location services in device settings.

 

8. Subscription & Payments

Premium features may be offered via subscription through Apple/Google in-app purchase systems.

- Payments are handled by respective app stores

- Auto‑renew applies unless canceled

- Refunds follow platform policies

 

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts for harmful behavior, legal violations, or platform abuse.

 

Users may delete their account at any time within the app or by contacting support.

 

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for:

- User interactions and behavior

- Damages, losses, or injuries related to use or meetups

- System outages or data losses

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Delaware.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
